“Incredible Journey!”

I do not have enough words to describe the wonderful Rythmia experience! I cancelled another trip and attended this resort because I was stressed and needed time away alone. I ended up becoming part of an awesome family of people with great intention, respect, spirituality, and a genuine desire to serve the world! As luck would have it, Rev. Beckwith from Agape was speaking in person as well!Environment: Peaceful, serene, setup for spiritual wellness. Unbelievably beautiful!Activities: Morning bike rides (free bikes), swim, Workout at gym, zipline, parasail, etc etc.Wellness: Master classes, yoga, colonics, massage, therapy. Food: I would say “nourishment”. I enjoyed all day coconut water, clean, fresh juice and healthy organic food. Unfortunately the chef was off this particular week and some food was bland or repeated often. But healthy, which was more important. Amazing people. Amazing experience. And I enjoyed putting myself first and having this amazing and healthy experience. I left feeling renewed! I will be visiting Rythmia
